  Failed to file reports, failed to take action on crimes, bias towards military, disrespectful and treated me like I was a child.

  People will criticize them until they need them. The heavy amount of patrolling you saw is probably to prevent crime don't you think?.. That's what patrol officer's do. Have you had a burglary or any violent crime occur there since you noticed all the patrolling? Probably not. People complain when there is too much patrol and also when there is not enough. And as far as the ticket, I highly doubt that officer cared about your wife arguing with him/her if she only got a warning. If the officer wanted to be rude he/she could have easily just given them the ticket. And to the one complaining about someone being biased towards military and what not, instead of complaining on here and on Facebook, address the officer. That'd probably have more of an effect. It doesn't seem likely that they didn't like military people since oak grove is a military town... More people would try to claim the same thing you are. Don't judge the whole department based on one occasion.
